If you restore your iPhone from an iCloud or computer backup, your data comes with it. You can also use Settings › Data › Export data to save a backup file and open it on the new device with Restore a backup. Restoring never deletes anything, and the same game is never added twice.

Okey has no single official rule book. Open the rules from the game screen menu and adjust each finish type, penalty and multiplier to your table; hands already played are recalculated under the new rules. You can also start from built-in rule sets.

Yes. Tap the counter at the top of the game screen. The app tells you what will happen before you apply it; scores of hands already played don't change.

Only for tile recognition on the Okey 101 hand entry screen: you take or choose a photo of your rack and a model on your device reads the tiles. The photo never leaves your device and is not saved; you can correct any tile it misread.
